Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose, Cough And Mottled Skin

My 9 1/2 month old son has had runny nose and cough for over a month now. He has taken Amoxicillin for ear/sinus infection, but got no better. He started wheezing last night at bedtime and tonight at bedtime. Not sure if mainly nose congestion. We have been suctioning his nose and using humidifier at night. I give him acetaminophen at bedtime just because he seems uncomfortable. I noticed his skin appeared mottled when I changed his clothes for bed tonight. Should I be concerned?

For running nose and cough you can give your son some antibiotic like azithral or moxikind after an export opinion along with wikoryl or no-cold for running nose. You can give him syrup bro-zedex or syrup asthakind for soothing of his throat. Do cold sponging if fever is present.
