What do you recommend for rosacea and also I get little patches of pimples but never come to a head like a pimple on my face. I have always had nice skin un til a couple years ago. A virus hit my inner ear on the left side and I lost total hearing. Since then my skin is horrible I am 51 years and female. Any suggestions Thank you!
Hi. As per your case history of Rosacea, my treatment advice is - 1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30. 2. Apply a clindamycin gel like Glocin twice daily on affected skin. 3. Take a vitamin c supplement once daily for 3 months. 4. Other treatment options are oral doxycyline, minocycline and isotretinoin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
Thanks. Dr. Harshit bhachech. MBBS, DDVL.
