Suggest Treatment For Right Sided Pain That Radiates To The Back

Hi, I ve had high bld pressure for a little over 18 yrs and was diagnosed with renal stenosis about 4 yrs ago. My bld pressure has been up and down throughout the yrs but in the past few months, my medicine hasn t been working like it used to. My bld pressure has been 150 s over 90 s and 100 s the past couple of wks. I ve been consistently nauseated for months and about a wk ago, I vomited out of no where. I have been having severe pain in my right side that radiates to my back and my left side has been hurting also but not as bad as my right. I also have type 2 diabetes and take metformin for it. I have also had severe headache on the left side of my head that also affects the left side of my neck. I see a Nephrologist every 6 months to monitor my kidney s but I am not due to see him until Jan but I do see my PCP this Weds? I m not sure what to do? My mother passed away when she was 50 due to kidney problems associated with HTN. I am 43 and basically have all the health complications that my mother had. Do you have any suggestions as to what I should do?

hello ,
I'll strictly recommend to consult a nephrologist as soon as possible. this symptoms are arising from the renal stenosis.
stenosis is causing less blood supply to the kidney and it's also leading to hypernatremia and fluid overload in your body that is leading to these symptoms.....I will once again request to consult a nephrologist as soon as possible.
