Suggest Treatment For Right Sided Pain In Head,eye And Ear

Hey I need temporary relief the right sid of my head, eye and ear is hurting (especially the eye) it started with the eye first I could only see things from afar but got blurry whenI llook at something that is near. Im going to the doctor tomorrow ... but its really painful so anything I can do to help with the pain . For example a cold rag to the head.. also can you tell me what not to do that can make the pain worse

Pain and blurry vision is not a good sign. Can be sinus disease but yet need faster eye check up. Relieve yourself if pain with anti inflammatory medications.. straining your eyes can give rise to pain also bending brisk movenments..
