I have studied your case and I think you need to see doctor as soon as possible. There can be two different conditions. One is hip arthritis or synovitis. Other can be kidney problem. You may have a stone in your kidney. This can cause blood during urination. Also some time its pain can come along hip joint.
You would need two investigations. First a x ray of the hip joint. Other test is USG abdomen and pelvis. This will tell us if there is any increase in kidney size. I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks
