Suggest Treatment For Right Rib Cage Pain With Loose Stool

My 10 year old son has had pain below his right rib cage and above his right hip bone for a week now. The pain comes and goes. He has a loss of appetite, had loose bowel movements for a day or two, and has vomited the last two nights. An xray and blood work was done twice and the results were fine, what could be going on with him

I appreciate your concerns regarding your son.
It seems that he is having acute infectious enteritis for which he requires a course of antibiotics like ofloxacin 200mg tablets twic in a day for 3 days along with some probiotic. Also keep his hydration level well by giving lots of fluids , and also give electrol poder to prevent fluid and electrolyte insufficiency. For vomiting give him antiemetics like ondansetron tablet twic a day
