Suggest Treatment For Right Lower Abdominal Pain

I have been having constant right lower abdominal pain. I press on my belly button and it sometimes hurt. I just up and down and I m really in pain. However when i urinate it s bright yellow. With a slight red/pink color when I wipe. I m constantly dealing with nausea. I just recently got my depo provera shot and that s when it all started

It could be Appendicitis , the site is very much typical for it . I am more in favour of appendicitis.
Other possibilities are kidney stones , colitis , pelvic inflammatory disease, urinary tract infection.
You need to get ultrasound abdomen pelvis to see what causing you this problem.
