Suggest Treatment For Right Elbow Pain Spreading To Other Parts Of The Body

Hi, I have been having pain in my right elbow area (for 1 1/2 mos) which now is showing up sprodically in other parts of of my body. When I move my arm, I notice it, but sometime it is a burning sensation that comes and goes and feel it w/o movement in different parts of my body.Taking D3, Mag, CA, C, and Rutin have helped a little. In the last few days, I have been having headaches too.

Hi.Can understand your concern.As per your query,pain in right elbow which is spreading to other parts or joints may be due to arthritis..it is inflammation of joints which slowly involves other joints.and there are certain degenerative changes in joints...It generally occurs above 40 years .If you are a obese person you need to reduce weight and avoid calories rich diet like potato,sugar and rice..Exercises and physiotherapy will be helpful to you..You need to go for a blood test for arthritis and xray of affected joint and consult a physician to know the exact cause..Till then you can take analgesic like voveron as a OTC medication.I hope the information helps you.You are most welcome to any further query on HCM.Take care.
