Suggest Treatment For Rheumatoid Arthritis

I was just informed by my general practitioner that my white blood cell count is 2.1 and should be 3.9 or higher. I was also informed that my cholesterol total number is 305 and should be 200 or less. I do have Rheumatoid Arthritis with an RA factor of 171, but I m not on anything for it yet. I also have a spinal cord injury from an injection of cortisone and surgery was done in 2013. Unfortunately, I have chronic osteoporosis and the titanium screws and rods are loose. I have surgery scheduled to remove the rods in one month, and also to go in anteriorly to fuse C5-6 which as deteriorated. I am on Forteo injections daily to help fortify my bones. I m very concerned about my upcoming surgery with my other factors I have to deal with now. I would like advice from just one on-line physician.
