Suggest Treatment For Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infection In Infants

Granddaughter 7 months old, in 20th percentile height and weight. Diagnosed 3 days ago with RSV. Released from hospital, normal O2 sats, lungs much clearer. 3 hours later she had a bath, fingers, toes and mouth turned blue, she then vomited a large amount. Taken to ER with resp rate 78 and elevated HR 165 . She has always had cold hands and feet, with delayed capillary refill, but no real discoloration until now. Could this be symptoms of a heart issue? Or just response to massive amount of mucous she is draining?
