For respiratory infection you can take some antibiotic like Azithral or Moxikind-cv after an expert opinion along with tab diominic-dca or tab wikoryl for chest discomfort. For cough you can take syrup asthakind or bro-zedex. Do warm water gargles and take steam inhalation.
