Urologist 's  Response
Hi
Your symptoms are consistent with stone in lower ureter. 5 mm stone in lower ureter can be allowed to pass spontaneously. Some 60-70% of patients pass the stone by themselves. Others might need surgery to remove it.

In the first instance I would like you get a CT scan of your kidneys and bladder to confirm the diagnosis as well as blood test for kidney function.

Taking urimax might help you pass the stone quicker and with less pain but please visit your doctor for prescription.
