Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern.

As per your query you have black spots on lips along with acne. I would first prefer to treat your acne. Once they get cleared, the dark spots can be taken care of afterwards.

Use natural facewash solution in the morning and evening followed by application of adapalene 0.1% cream at night over the pimples for about 15 days. Once your face is cleared of pimples, you can apply kojic acid and azealic acid containing cream. Use TAN CARE to prevent skin from excessive sun exposure. Metarub is natural cleaner of face. Black spots on cheeks can be reduced by applying lightening agents on them.

Wash your face with facewash containing benzoyl peroxide twice a days with cold water.

-Exfoliate facial skin once a week to remove dead skin.

- Apply azelaic acid cream both for dark spots and acne twice daily.

- Apply aloe vera gel at night .

-Drink plenty of fluids and water to rehydrate yourself.

If condition persist even after month then consult dermatologist . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , steroid drugs (oral/topical) or isoteritenoin.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
