Suggest Treatment For Redness On Shoulders, Neck And Ear

I have redness that looks like sunburn (but I know its not), on my left shoulder, neck and ear. I am experiencing extremely painful headaches only on the left side and my left shoulder feels like I ve been in a car accident. Could this be shingles even though the redness hasn t blistered? I am 56 yrs old and had chicken pox as a child

Hello,

It may be due to dermatitis or allergic reactions.

For that you can apply hydrocortisone ointment locally.

In case of itching you can take tablet loratidine.

Avoid sweating.

Maintain proper hygiene
