Suggest Treatment For Red & Swollen Toes

I wore some shoes on mother s day that hurt my toes. My little toe on my right foot has been swollen since then. I take Aleve and put some hydrocortizone Ointment on it.I have to work and walk at work. The swelling goes down a little at night, but I walk at work, I come home and it is red and swollen again. The shoes I wear for work are very comfortable, sandles, by skechers, there is nothing rubbing on my toe. What should I do to get it to heal and stop sweling?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that if this is shoe bite then just do nothing and no need to apply any thing only care need to be taken for infection and for that keep the area clean no need to apply any steroid preparation this could flair up the lesion, take care and have a nice day.
