Suggest Treatment For Red Rashes Due To Spider Bite

hello I think I got bit by a spider on both of my hands.. I got a huge red spot on my hand that spread to fingers, and on the other hand I got a little red spot and little red pimples kind of looking like a rash... Now the red spots got dark and looks like I have dark scrapes all over my hands, how do I get rid of those marks? I have been using antibiotic ointment, cortizone, and vitamin E. I would really apreciate your help!

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain it seems that you have been bitten by a poisonous spider and it has lead to a severe but localized allergic reaction that is leading to dark red spots and rashes over your hands..
I would suggest you to take anti allergics like Levocetrizine or Allegra for reducing the allergy symptoms..
You can continue applying Cortisone ointment over the hands..
You can alsp do cool compresses over your hands or can dip them in cold water as it will help in reducing inflammation and redness..
You can also apply calamine lotion..
In case if the symptoms does not resolve in a week consult an Allergist and he can advise you a curse of steroids along with anti allergics as well as give an injection of steroids for faster relief..
