Hello and welcome to HCM
I have read and understood your query
I hope this will help you.
You are saying that you have a mass in your urethra!!
It would have been better if you had mentioned some more info about the mass.
Any ways the mass would certainly be obstructing the urinary outflow and is the cause of your UTI.
Anti microbial resistance is very common in such patients.. I would suggest that you should stop taking any antibiotic for 3days and after that have a URINE CULTURE AND SENSITIVITY TEST.results are usually available after 3 days and then consult your doctor to prescribe you appropriate antibiotic accordingly...
Meanwhile you should take a pain killer like DICLOFENAC SODIUM and drink plenty of water...also consult a urologist to plan for removal of mass.
I hope this will help you
