Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain yellow bumps on the back o throat and not on tonsils along with sore throat and sinus infection can be due to bacterial or viral infection..
The bumps at the back of the throat can be due to Granular Pharyngitis..
I would suggest you to take a course of antibiotics like Azithromycin, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, do warm saline gargles, steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room..
You can also suck throat lozenges..
Chew Vitamin C pellets to boost immunity..
Sip warm water and avoid chilled and spicy foods..
In case if you are also experiencing sinus congestion you can take nasal decongestants like Xylometazoline, oral decongestants like Phenylephrine, saline nasal irrigations and steroid nasal sprays..
Avoid air conditioned atmosphere..
Steam inhalations can be relieving..
In case of no resolution consult an Otolaryngologist and he can advise investigations like throat swab culture, Immunoglobulin G levels and also MRI of sinuses and treat accordingly..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
