sir .. I am a medical student .. my relative is suffering from recurrent tinea cruris infection .. he complains due to humid wheather or other reason he is not able to gain complete recovery .. instead of tab terbinafine 625 OD and topical eberconazole cream treatment.. sir what should he do next ..

He may need to try other oral antifungals such fluconazole or amphotericin. He may also take better care of the skin washing with gentle soap and dry skin well and even use hairdryer if needed.
