ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You may be suffering from chronic issues with your sinus which could be either due to allergy or due to infection of the sinuses. Sometimes when conservative treatments do not work, for long standing cases, surgical interventions are better options. Do visit an ENT who will be able to suggest if you require surgery.
