Hello,

You describe many different symptoms involving different systems which do not seem to be related to each other.

Unfortunately, you do not go into any depth into the manifestations, saying you have sinus headaches is not enough.

Instead of auto diagnosing you should describe the headache characteristics in order for us to try to determine whether it is a primary headache like migraine or tension headache, a headache related to ear or sinus issues, or a headache related to brain lesions.

It's difficult to suggest treatment without being sure about the origin of the pain.

Based on the limited info I would be more prone to suggest that it is a tension-type headache on a background of an anxiety disorder, so anxiety treatment is necessary, but as I said more details are needed about the headaches.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
