Suggest Treatment For Recurring Nasal Congestion And Body Pain

My name is Rahul. I am 27 years old. I frequently catch cold. I have severe headache and aching eyes. I have blocked nose, runny nose and overall body pain frequently. Eating antibiotics makes me well temporarily, but I again catch cold within a few days. Its as if the cold never leaves my body. Please advise.

hello, thanks for ur query, sequence of sneezes,running nose, itching in ears, itching in roof of mouth, blackness under eyes, pain behind the eyes are the symptoms of allergic rhinitis. it is best prevented by not to expose to cold, dust, not to consume ice creams, fridge water, curd. best street ment is avamys( fluticasone ) nasal spray twice daily , tab. Montek- lc ( montelukast+citrizine once daily at bed time . all the best. take care.
