Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of recurring mouth ulcers which is because of a condition called recurrent Herpetic Gingivostomatitis which is a viral infection and it occurs due to poor immunity of body. Some time it could be due to deficiency of multivitamins especially vitamin B complex in diet. As you are overweight so is the cause for varicose vein issues as well, you should avoid fatty food and take walk daily for 30 minutes. You should not lay down immediately on bed after having food. I would suggest you to start using topical steroids such as triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% 3- 4 times daily for oral ulcers. Use topical anesthetics as well. Take antiviral drugs such as Acyclovir to prevent further exaggeration of symptoms. Maintain proper oral hygiene by brushing and flossing. Avoid hot spicy sharp food substances. drink plenty of fluids. Take nutritious diet rich in multivitamins. Your symptoms will resolve in one week.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
