Suggest Treatment For Recurring Itchy, Flaky And Dry Testicles

Hi. Its time to deal with this. For about 5 years now I have had itchy, flakey dry testicals. I have tried steroidal cream and it works but only for a short time (I do not want to keep using this as it could do long term damage?)After a week off using cream it comes straight back. Sometimes when it gets really bad I get a small rash on the end of my penis too and it gets red and cracks the skin. Sometimes it gets so sore its hard to walk. Hope you can give me a few answers

It can be due to some fungal infection for which you can take antibiotics like cefadroxyl or zifi-cv after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or Avil itching or rashes. Apply betnovate-c cream or clonet lotion locally over the affected area. You can take steroids if not improved with above treatment.
