Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Strep In Child

My 4 year old grand daughter has reccurent strep. I begin to take care of her 15 hours after her diagnosis and 15 hrs post antibiotic treatment. Today is day 5 and I have a very bad sore throat and a tender lymph node on the right side side of my neck. My thratt is red, but there are no white spots and I do not have feever. Just chills. Should I go see my physcian?
