HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this may not be acne and differential diagnosis is very important, and if this is pure acne then it may need long term treatment and this goes on changing periodically and you have to be in regular follow up, better to see the dermatologist, again differential diagnosis is very must, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
I find this answer helpful
