Hello
Long standing diarrhoea for more than 5 days warrants detailed evaluation
Looking at your description This could be related to food poisoning, gastroenteritis or food allergy.

If I were your treating doctor I would have advised you stool test for ova, cyst or protozoa.
After physical examination and stool test, I would have put you on metronidazole group of antibiotics for 5 to 7 days with anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole or esomeprazole with antacids.

Meanwhile you should take lots of fluids including ORS and fruit juice to avoid dehydration and electrolytic imbalances.

Thanks for your question
wish you good health .
