Hello
As I have seen in my so many patients that they have actually cough .
The reason of cough is usually allergy and there is no need of any antibiotics .
Most of antibiotics causes gastritis and in your son case this aggravated .
When such case with such type of cough visit ( having no fever and only cough with whistling type of sound during either inhalation or exhalation )I only prescribe them to take montelukast+ bambuterol tablet once in a day but in few cases twice in day .
Mild fine tremors present but within 3-4 days , tablet adjust in body without any symptoms .
Patient respond to this treatment from day ONE .
I don't prescribe antibiotics to my patient .
But at present your son is also having vomiting so one tablet of ondansetrone is sufficient ( mouth dissolving ).
Hope this will help you.
I find this answer helpful
