Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Blisters Post Chicken Pox Treatment

My family daughter has now had the chicken pox for 4 weeks but 2 weeks ago it showed it was no longer in her blood. She is 19. Why do new bumps keep appearing and does her having oral thrush after surgery in August have any relationship to the chickenpox?
