Suggest Treatment For Recurrent UTI Along With Pelvic Floor Syndrome

Throughout the last few years, I ve been dealing with chronic urethral infections and chronic epididymitis. As pelvic pain has continued, I ve less and less shown to have infection on tests. For a month or so now, I ve had swollen lymph nodes in my groin and testicular pain. I ve noticed that my vas deferens has become stiffer and swollen compared to the other (left) testicle. I went to the doctor thinking I may have a hernia and that that was what this has been all about. I don t, and wasn t given any other advice further. A recent urologist has diagnosed me with pelvic floor syndrome, but it doesn t necessarily explain how, after every ejaculation, I have pain in the urethra and right testicle for potential months (or until a night of heavy drinking clears out my urethral problem). Nothing works for the right testicle, however, not even anti-inflammatories or ejaculation. I ve also noticed a lump on my urethra that is unnoticable when not erect, but turns to the size of chickpea when erect (making it very hard to prove my theory that this cyst/clot/thing is perhaps forcing a urethral stricture during erection/ejaculation - causing urethral pain. As far as the testicle goes, I have no theories, and it is difficult to get antibiotics for anything that doesn t detail an infection in urine. I ve been, in some way shape or form, dealing with for years, and I am at my whits end. I ve seen five different urologists, and still nothing. Feeling hopeless!!!

Hello,

The recurrent UTI can be part of various underlying reasons as:
- Resistant infection
- Inappropriate or inadequate treatment of previous infection
- Narrowing urethra as stricture
- Sexually transmitted diseases as gonorrhea or others
- Hygiene related infections
- Uncontrolled diabetes
- Low hydration induced changes in urine pH and secondary bacterial infections
- Low immunity
- Calculus or gravels in the urinary system
- Co use of other medications as long term antibiotics therapy, chemotherapy or others for other medical condition
- Chronic prostate inflammation with E.Coli, Proterus or other urological bugs

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
