Dear sir I have ulcer near my anus from a month i used creams like itch guard but no solution. This no anus fistcula Coz i have no pain No bleeding No fever . I found its a ulcer near my anus. Please guide me cream available in india to cure this. Thank u .

You may need to keep the area clean and dry to help it heal. You can use cyclocane or nitroglycerine cream.
You can use ibuprofen for pain.
Use loose underwear.
