Suggest Treatment For Rectal Pain With Hemmoroids When Suffering From Diverculosis

For the past week I have been experiencing spasms in the lower right and left quadrants of my abdomen associated with eating and defecating. I had a URI for the month of January with cough lasting almost four weeks. Now having pain in the rectal area with some external hemmohoids. Last guaic negative. I do have some diverculosis and this also coincide with consumption of corn on the cob and a seeded bagel. Spasms come and go. Do I need to see an MD?

I can understand this you have different medical conditions and they are not related with each other for the abdominal pain you can try Tab Dicyclomine three times in day and for the hemorrhoids you can use Policresulen ointment to be applied in rectum, hope this information helps you have nice day.
