Suggest Treatment For Reactive Arthritis

Hi, I had reactive arthritis Nov 2014 and it was severe. I took medication by consulting an rheumatologist. He prescribed me Sazo 1000mg by starting and after few months reduced to 500mg. Got some skin problems below my chest, back and on my pennies too.... For that they gave me Nizrol. By Jan 2016 I stop all medicines. Now from August 20 onwards I feel back pain on early morning and got eye infection also got rash on pennies which is irritating. Sometimes I feel pain on sacroiliac joint and unconditional pain on backside. So my questions 1)can I take Sazo 500? 2)for skin problem can I use Nizrol? 3)this cannot be cure permanently? Please suggest me what to do... I m really upset of this. I don t want that bad days back. Pls
