Suggest Treatment For Re-forming Scab In Nostril

It started out as what looked like a pimple in my nostril so I pooped it and now it has grown quite a bit larger and has scabbed over and has been for like two weeks. when I pull the scab off it looks like green snot under it and reforms the scab and is not seeming to heal

Pooping is not a solution for acne instead it may land into unwanted scar marks and post inflammatory pigmentation...seems you have got secondary infection so consult a dermatologist for a good antibiotic cover as area around the nostril is called danger area of face cause infection in this region can lead to spread of infection to the Cavernous Sinus which leads to Cavernous Sinus thrombosis, it would be better to consult as soon as possible
