Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Hands

HI, I m allergic to medications containing sulfa, and I work in a dental lab where we use a gypsum called calcium sulphate dehydrate. It causes a rash on my hands. I try wearing a mask and gloves. What can I put on them, so it alleviates the itching and redness? Thank you kindly, Jeannette
