Hi, Noted your history of developing red, extremely itchy rash on calves, ankles, feet and thighs while on aeroplane. Sine the rash has appeared only on the lower limbs this can be attributed to the pant or whatever you had wore on that day- most probably has synthetic materia or retained soap or so. I would advise you the following: Continue Benedryl round the clock. You need prescription based steroids orally and a consultation with your Doctor, preferably a Dermatologist if possible. Avoid such clothes that has synthetic material or has retained soap or so. Further diagnosis and management as per the clinical observation by your Doctor. Hope I have answered your query.
