Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Back, Chest And Arms
My 14 year old son had a pindot rash on back chest arms and top of legs. It began on his chest and traveled down to upper thighs over a week, then lightned. during the time of the rash he would complain that suddenly his skin felt like bees stinging him all over his body but only lasted a couple of seconds and did not happen often. Now the rash is not prominent but very light. Now he complains often that the stinging sensation is much stronger, still lasts a couple of seconds but is in a concentrated area of his back. He says this happens several times today. Often he is not doing strenuous activity and happens when he is in the house, not playing sports outside. I witnessed the intense pain he feels 4 times today again only lasting less than 30 seconds
This condition of skin rashes over back, chest and arms could be physical urticaria occurred as a result of physical touch, pressure, heat, cold, anxiety, exertion or insect bite etc.The exact reason behind that remains unknown.
So,if he is suffering from this then first thing you don't have to worry. It might also be related to allergy to unknown substance but it can not be cured completely as complete avoidance of the allergen is the best treatment.
Generally,It subsides by itself or you may take antihistamines like benadryl, avil, cetrizine etc and the rashes will go away.
