Hello,

History suggests your daughter has atopic dermatitis. In atopic dermatitis itchy rashes occurs mainly in flexures like elbow folds, knee folds also on chest face or may also involve nay body part. I would suggest you to take online appointment or visit a good dermatologist in person, as without seeing rashes it is difficult to provide definitive diagnosis and suggest treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Deepti Shukla, Dermatologist
