Suggest Treatment For Rashes On My Stomach, Thighs And Buttocks

Two weeks ago a rash on my stomach thighs and buttocks appeared. The bumps in the rash have little hard stick like splinters,in them. I have two open sores on my back that will not heal up. I have no fever and my blood work is normal. I do not understand why I have two sores on my back that I have not touched.

Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hello,

It is a kind of an allergic reaction. Usually, if it is a light one, just using an antihistamine drug help the situation such as Loratadine orally twice. If not, I suggest you to be seen by your doctor closely if needed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jolanda Nikolla, Pulmonologist
