Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Inner Wrists And Shoulder

I recently was diagnosed with shingles. It began on my left inner wrist and spread upwards toward my shoulder. I took acyclovir. My son, 18, is now recovering from chicken pox. He was also prescribed acyclovir. My question - I get random spots on my arms and legs that itch/burn intensely then form blisters. is this my body still reacting to the shingles virus?
