Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Inner Thigh And Red Spots Under Skin

I have a rash on my inner thigh. It has small red spots that appear to be just under the skin, not itch or pustual. Used hydrocorisone and Terbinafine Hydrochloride and these have no effect other than to cause a lighter shade. My last sexual contact was over in December of 2014.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to genital herpes. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. Other conditions like folliculitis should be differentiated. In case of folliculitis antibiotic therapy will be needed. Herpes usually presented as fluid filled blistering rashes. In case of herpes anti viral therapy will be helpful.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
