Suggest Treatment For Rashes In Kid

My 3 year old has had a rash that developed in her armpit and spreads down her torso. The rash developed about 1 month ago when she had a very high fever. It is slowly getting better yet no creams have helped..only seem to agravate it more. There continue to be pimples around the area as well. Could this be bacterial?..or do I let it take it s course. We have tried, Aveno ezema, cortizone, polysporine and lastly spectro which was recommended by the pharmasist yet, the rash seems to do better when it dries out.
