Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Rashes and itching around the groin region could be either allergy or fungal infection. Female groin area is more susceptible to infection than male groin area. I suggest you to consult a skin specialist or gynacologist for physical examination and treatment. Please do not delay. Take care.

If you still need my assistance in this regard, please use this link. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Please remember to describe the whole problem with full detail.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
