General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms of your child seem to be related to a gastroenteritis.
I suggest to give him liquids and Pedialyte solution.
I also suggest to give Tylenol for the fever.
The symptoms will probably go away on its own in a few days.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
