Suggest Treatment For Rapid Heart Rate,headache And Dizziness

At rest, my tension is always a little below 120/80 and still is today but my heart beat is presently in the high 90s, up to 100, while it is usually, and very regularly in the low 60s.
I've overworked (14h/d) a couple days lately, somewhat more physically than usual and beside being tired, I experience some diziness, nausea and headache. Beside taking advil, should I just rest?

Hi,

Why your taking Ibuprofen? It may be due to panic attacks or anxiety neurosis or drug-induced even NSAIDs may lead to fluid retention and increase blood pressure.

Also, check for ENT causes for a headache and giddiness. Use tablet propranolol 10 mg once daily for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician/ cardiologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
