Suggest Treatment For Raised Bumps Under Foreskin On Penis

Hello..i had smegma under my foreskin which i removed and then after a day or two igot inflammation look like raised bumps..not painful not itchy but white fish like liquid comes out from there..not from urethra. I have never had sex yes no sex. But giving it air feels better and after some time.it went away but now its back again and not going away so what should i do?.thanks. alot.

It may be due to smegma. As it's asymptomatic there is no need for any active management. Maintain proper hygiene.
