I am a 65 year old female. I have these raised bumps on the top of my foot that almost look like warts but not quite . They are very small. They are only on one foot. I just wanted to make sure these are not a symptom of something else that I am supposed to be addressing.
Hi. As per your case history you are having multiple corns, my treatment advice is - 1. Wear loose footwear to avoid pressure on the affected part. 2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it. 3. Apply a salicylic acid plus lactic acid lotion like Salactin paint on it once at night. 4. Other treatment options are cryotherapy, cauterization or laser ablation done by a dermato-surgeon.
Thanks. Dr. Harshit bhachech. MBBS, DDVL.
