Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. What you are complaining of the pus filled pimple near the anal region appears to be bacterial infection of the skin like boil. It might be happening on and of due to its recurrence as the bacteria might not have cleared completely. Make sure that you maintain good personal hygiene by washing the area with mild antiseptic solution like Povidine or Savlon and then apply the cream. You need to take a course of oral antibiotics containing Amoxacillin and Clavalunic acid. In case you have already used such a combination, it would be better to get the pus culture and sensitivity done and then take the course of appropriate antibiotics. You can use cream containing fusidic acid topically, which used to treat skin infections caused by bacteria. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
