Suggest Treatment For Purple Coloration Of Ankle While Standing

Hello. I injured my ankle 4yrs ago and have had 6 surgeries.. I have 3 osteochondral defects and problems with scar tissue. The last surgery (6/25/14) has left my ankle purple when I am standing and causes my foot to turn purple. Still am having lots of ortho pain and nerve pain (neuropathy - 2 nerves have been cut and now are stumps). Any advice as to what to do with the blood pooling in my foot when standing. Also I am still wearing a surgical boot and taking lyrica, cymbalta and nucynta. Please let me know what your professional opinion is.Thank you Sheri
