Suggest Treatment For Pulmonary Hypertension

I have been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension. Yesterday we were riding in the car and out of nowhere my heart skipped a couple of beats and then everything went black for a couple of seconds. Then it was gone as quickly as it started. Any ideas?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, with the history of pulmonary hypertension cardiac arrhythmia is likely but this can only be known with EKG test, it may some time gives the feeling of palpitation and patient may experience skip beat, but this is nothing to worry because this may not be emergency but this should never be neglected and immediately brought to investigations, hope this information helps, take care.
